The Romans are increasingly curious to try beef specialties, which once considered a luxury product.
I love roast beef and a prefer and because unlike the pork and chicken with hormones is not forced, but it’s a healthy meat.
Many of us we go around thinking this delicious meat that is difficult to prepare. Let’s Cook together a simple recipe with a spectacular result.
- 600 g Beef Fillet
- 100 ml red wine
- 100 g butter
- 2 carrots
- 2 apples
- 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
- Beef skirt Spalăm presarăm it with salt and pepper and put in a tray sprinkled with oil. Curățăm carrots, onions and apples and put them in the tray.
- Pour the wine and cover with aluminum foil, we bake 60 minutes in oven at moderate fire.
- Toss the carrots, onions and apples, mixăm them in the blender and mix it up with 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce.
- Leave the oven below, but without the foil.
- After you have prepared all the fillet from tray, pull, porționam, and serve alongside mashed potatoes or natur.
- Ornăm with carrot and Apple sauce.
