Inabisita beef steak with gravy

A tasty roast prepared according to a recipe for German cuisine

The Romans are increasingly curious to try beef specialties, which once considered a luxury product.

I love roast beef and a prefer and because unlike the pork and chicken with hormones is not forced, but it’s a healthy meat.

Many of us we go around thinking this delicious meat that is difficult to prepare. Let’s Cook together a simple recipe with a spectacular result.

  • 600 g Beef Fillet
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 1
  • 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper
Cum preparam:
  1. Beef skirt Spalăm presarăm it with salt and pepper and put in a tray sprinkled with oil. Curățăm carrots, onions and apples and put them in the tray.
  2. Pour the wine and cover with aluminum foil, we bake 60 minutes in oven at moderate fire.
  3. Toss the carrots, onions and apples, mixăm them in the blender and mix it up with 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce.
  4. Leave the oven below, but without the foil.
  5. After you have prepared all the fillet from tray, pull, porționam, and serve alongside mashed potatoes or natur.
  6. Ornăm with carrot and Apple sauce.
