Despite the fact that homemade mayonnaise has a much shorter shelf life than that of the shop is preferred, it is 100% healthy, there are no harmful additives sănătăti and the time that it takes to prepare is insignificant.

  • 100 g olive oil
  • 150 g sunflower oil (we just use sunflower oil)
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • a galbenuș egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt to taste
  • parsley finely chopped
Cum preparam:
  1. Put in blender albenusul, lemon juice, garlic, mustard and salt and then churn mixăm until garlic is finely crushed. Gradually add olive oil (2-3) and then continue with the sunflowers.
  2. Get a hearty sauce with a strong flavour. Add the finely chopped parsley and the sauce is ready.
  3. You can use various steaks with baked potatoes.
