Despite the fact that homemade mayonnaise has a much shorter shelf life than that of the shop is preferred, it is 100% healthy, there are no harmful additives sănătăti and the time that it takes to prepare is insignificant.
- 100 g olive oil
- 150 g sunflower oil (we just use sunflower oil)
- juice from ½ lemon

- Put in blender albenusul, lemon juice, garlic, mustard and salt and then churn mixăm until garlic is finely crushed. Gradually add olive oil (2-3) and then continue with the sunflowers.
- Get a hearty sauce with a strong flavour. Add the finely chopped parsley and the sauce is ready.
- You can use various steaks with baked potatoes.
