There are dozens of recipes for cooking with apples. All are delicious and relatively easy to do.
I present today a recipe of grandparents.
- 200 g margarine, at room temperature
- 100 g sugar + 3 tablespoons Apple stuffing
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- A pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 500 g flour
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 1 kg
- 4 tablespoons semolina
- For butter smeared tray
- Curățăm apples, give them greater răzătoarea and stoarcem them. Put them in a cratiță at the hardened along with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. Let them heat 10 to 12 minutes, until it softens, stirring well from time to time to not stick. When you are ready, put them aside to cool and we handle the dough.
- Dough *
- In a pot put the margarine cut pieces, sugar, egg, cream, vanilla sugar and salt dust. Mix well by hand and then add the flour and baking powder. Just Mix flour bit by bit as well to be incorporated into the dough and knead well by hand.
- After the dough no longer sticks by hand and the edges of the Bowl make a ball of it. Move the ball of dough on the table crammed with flour and frământam.
- Then cut in two. Of which we form from cookie sheets.
- With a sucitor lay the two sheets at a time the size of the tray.
- Brush with butter and flour or tapetăm with tray with baking paper.
- Așternem the first sheet in the tray. A shape with your hands in order to place it perfectly. Over this we sprinkle 2 tablespoons semolina. Add steamed apples that have been cooled in the meantime and nivelăm well.
- We sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Apple filling over gris.
- Lay the second sheet just as I did with the first. A we already made over apples. Then make the holes with a fork that I plunked it into flour beforehand.
- Give the oven on low heat about an hour till it rumenește around the edges.
- Porţionează is directly in the tray after it has cooled.
