Duration: approx. 60 minutes
A preparation of vegetarian, very tasty and easy to make.
- 200 ml Borscht
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 100 g peas
- 100 g green beans
- 2 carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 3 Red
- Garlic Croutons
- Curățăm and spalăm all vegetables. Carrots, peppers and onions you chopped green beans tocăm, a tear into pieces of 2 cm and cut them sliced peeled tomatoes.
- Put all the vegetables in a high cratiță concrete over 1 litre of water and put them to boil.
- When they are all cooked add tomato juice and borșul.
- More leave to boil a few times and add salt to taste.
- Serve with garlic croutons
