Ingrediente:
  • 200 ml Borscht
  • 200 ml tomato juice
  • 100 g peas
  • 100 g green beans
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1
  • 3 Red
  • Garlic Croutons
  • Salt
Cum preparam:
  1. Curățăm and spalăm all vegetables. Carrots, peppers and onions you chopped green beans tocăm, a tear into pieces of 2 cm and cut them sliced peeled tomatoes.
  2. Put all the vegetables in a high cratiță concrete over 1 litre of water and put them to boil.
  3. When they are all cooked add tomato juice and borșul.
  4. More leave to boil a few times and add salt to taste.
  5. Serve with garlic croutons
