It is a preparation of a Vegetarian. It is a very tasty soup prepared after a traditional Romanian cuisine.
Borsch with beans and peas and garlic croutons
- 200 ml Borscht
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 100 g peas
- 100 g green beans
- 2 carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 3 Red
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Garlic Croutons
- Curățăm and spalăm all vegetables. Carrots, peppers and onions you chopped green beans tocăm, a tear into pieces of 2 cm and cut them sliced peeled tomatoes.
- Put all vegetables fewer tomatoes in a pot in which I've worn oil and distuim.
- Add the tomatoes, pour 1 litre of water and put them to boil.
- When they are all cooked add tomato juice and borșul.
- The more we let boil a few times and add salt to taste.
- Serve with croutons.
