Brain with egg and onions

This preparation I've tasted for the first time in a beautiful guesthouse in the beautiful Bucovină, of course I asked the chef to a share because he deserves to die.

1 Kg raw brains
300 g onions
1 red
salt, pepper
8 eggs
a reliance on parsley
100 ml oil

How do we prepare:

Wash and curățăm brain, we boiled with a little salt and 2 leaves of Laurel, we simmer 15 minutes after you pull up and leave it to cool.
Încingem oil and put your brain to the Fryer.
When Brown Add onion finely and roșia, călim little fish still 4-5 minutes.
Asezonăm with salt and pepper to taste, add the chopped parsley and break eggs in skillet stirring continuously.
