A delicious recipe, easy to make

Fish meat is a healthy one, and it’s recommended consumption of this food, having numerous nutritional properties. CARP meat is very tasty, being consumed in various forms: boiled, fried, often roasted, smoked, marinated ribs.

  • 1 crap (1.5 kg)
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 carrot,
  • a quarter of celery root,
  • salt,
  • Black milled pepper.
For the marinade:
  • 1 cup vinegar (6%),
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • salt,
  • Pepper Berry,
  • 2-3 bay leaves
Cum preparam:
  1. Clean the fish, cut slices of 2-3 cm size, săram and piperăm.
  2. Make marinade with vinegar, oil, water and spices, place the fish and keep frigiger in 1-2 hours.
  3. Meanwhile, Peel onion, carrot and celery.
  4. After you've cleaned and washed well onion, carrot and celery cut them julienne.
  5. In a deep Bowl, enamelled put vegetables put the fish, pour the marinade and boil at low fire until the fish is done.
  6. The fish is ready when the ribs and spinal bones are soft.
  7. Go wonderfully together with mashed potatoes.
