A delicious recipe, easy to make

Today we prepare together a tasty ‘ Chicken Florentine, “we will delight your taste buds.

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • salt, freshly ground pepper
  • 50 g chopped frozen spinach
  • 2 small tomatoes, dried
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cheese
  • 3 liguri olive oil
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • additional: small wooden skewers
Cum preparam:
  1. Spalăm and usucăm by plugging chicken breast fillets, cut a pocket in each other, and from the inside out, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Drain the spinach and il Decongelăm well.
  3. Cooked tomatoes cut them very small and mix with spinach, fresh cheese and flour, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Breast of chicken we fill with this mixture, then you wind up with small wooden frigăruile and il add in 2 tablespoons hot oil.
  5. Curațăm potatoes wash them, cut them in pieces and călim with the rest of the hot oil. Pour 100 ml of water and add the milk, a little salt and cook over low heat, with lid,; 20 minutes.
  6. Potatoes pisăm them a little with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Once fried chicken slice it and we serve with potatoes and season with a white sauce.
