Cake recipe “broken glass” is very simple, a colorful cake, made without baking.
A cream cake, from jelly, biscuits and fruits. I used peaches but you can use any other fruit.
- 500 g cream for whipped cream (crème patisserie to the ~ 30%),
- 200 g peaches of Tin
- 100 g biscuits
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packages of fruit jelly
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (10 g)
- 1 packet of gelatin (10 g)
- We produce two types of jelly that conforms to the instructions on the packaging.
- We use two bowls for each color of jelly by one. After I put them in jellies preparation refrigerate for a few hours until well harden.
- In 100 ml of water and a lasăm pour gelatin to swell for 10 minutes (or time indicated on the package), and then put it on low heat, more appropriate would be to melt on a steam bath. Don't let the gelatin to boil, a warm up to the boil stirring well so as to dissolve completely. Take off the heat and let cool a lasăm.
- Cut the peaches into large chunks, as well as biscuits into biscuits break them măricele.
- Remove jelly from friginer and sink bowl in hot water for 20-30 seconds to fall off slightly, and then răsturnăm it on the plate and cut it into large pieces.
- In a large glass bowl prepare the cream, mixăm cream with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- When the sugar is melted pour the cooled gelatin and mixăm further up I incorporated it well in the cream of the cream.
- Add peaches, biscuits and jelly cubes (separate them slightly apart from each other), mix it slightly with a spoon so that you mix the colours, we want the cake to have an appearance of broken glass.
- We take care that the biscuits to float to the surface and put them next to each other so as to form a kind of lid.
- Put the cake in the refrigerator to intărească for about 4-5 hours.
- Once cured, remove the mixing bowl cake from the refrigerator and sink it in hot water for 20-30 seconds to fall off easily from the bowl.
