A fine cake easy to do

Ingrediente:
  • 200 g fruit (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
  • 100-120 g cake crust
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 ml water
  • 15 g gelatine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
For decoration:
  • chocolate
  • berries
  • mint leaves
Cum preparam:
  1. Put gelatin in 50 ml of water, lemon juice and a lasăm to swell for 10 minutes (or time indicated on the package), and then put it on low heat, more appropriate would be to melt on a steam bath. Don't let the gelatin to boil, a warm up to the boil stirring well so as to dissolve completely. Take off the heat and let cool a lasăm.
  2. Countertop cut the cake into cubes of approx. 1.5 cm.

  10. First put some fruit (washed and dried). Pour a little cream (5-6 tablespoons) and put in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
