It’s a pretty cake which seems to be hard to do, but it’s not at all like that, with a little care and skill we have a final outcome is worth the effort!

Ingrediente:
Dough:
  • 250 g of flour
  • 150 g oil
  • 50 g of caster sugar

Cream:
  • 400 g vegetable cream

  • 10 g vanilla sugar
Meringue:
  • 3 egg whites egg
  • 120 g caster sugar
  • 10 g of starch (flour)
  • 50 g dark chocolate
