Cake with caramelized walnuts

A tasty cake especially fine sheets, melt in your mouth, and flavored cream takes you into the world of dreams.

  • 10 egg whites.
  • 250 g caster sugar
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 300 g coconut
  • 300 g butter fat
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 100 g Walnut kernels
Cum preparam:
  1. Mixăm albușurile hard foam. Add sugar less than minutely mixăm and further up we get a hard and glossy meringue.
  2. When albușurile are well beaten add crushed Walnut kernels and mix gently with the bottom-up movement for not removing air in the egg whites.
  3. Add the flour less than minutely and incorporate a further stirring the cream gently.
  4. One dissects the dough into three equal parts and lay in the tray (size 25x35) Tin that is lined with baking paper. We can use a smaller tray and then we'll bake not three but four sheets, we'll have a higher and more obviously aspectoasă, and fewer portions.
  5. Nivelăm with a spătulă or wooden spoon.
  6. Put the Pan in the preheated oven until the edges are slightly rumenește.
  7. Bake all three sheets after they leave to cool on a baking paper.
Prepare cream
  1. Whisk egg yolks with sugar until we get a cream, then a sit on a bain marie stirring continuously.
  2. Let the mixture boil till it gets îngroașă and consistency of porridge, and then leave it to cool.
  3. Meanwhile mixăm butter and when it becomes frothy and then incorporate the cream of galbenușuri already cooled, minutely until we get a consistent cream.
  4. A cream one dissects into three equal parts.
  5. We first spotted on a tray and lay a portion of the cream in an even layer.
  6. Continue the same with these tops. The last layer of cream will take the cake.
The décor
  1. Caramelizăm granulated sugar in a cratiță, take care not to burn it because it becomes bitter.
  2. When the sugar is caramelized walnuts and add more leave 1 minute heat stirring so all nuts should be incorporated into caramel.
  3. Caramelized walnuts we lay in a thin layer on a sheet of baking paper and let them cool, after which they break into pieces.
  4. Then grind them in the food processor and we sprinkle them on top of the cake, covering entirely put cream layer on top of the last crust.
  5. Put the cake in the fridge for a few hours, then cut with a knife sharp as well.
  6. Your cake is ready, and we can serve.
