Cake with cherries and chocolate mousse

A delicious cake, soft and refined

The combination of delicious cherries and chocolate mousse, is perfect, an exquisite blend.

  • 100 ml oil
  • baking powder ½ sachet faded with a lin gu ra ¬ ¬ lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 50 g melted canady ¢ wide black in Bain-Marie
  • 6 eggs
  • 300 grams of flour
Chocolate cream
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g milk chocolate,
  • 150 ml liquid cream.
Your cherry mousse
  • 200 g pitted cherries, fresh or frozen
  • 200 ml cherry juice (water)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 200 ml liquid cream
  • 8 sheets of gelatin.
Cum preparam:
  1. Melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie, together with liquid cream that I mixed it well.
  2. Mix well, then a dam in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours, until it hardens.
Cherry mousse
  1. Put the softened gelatin sheets for about 10 minutes, meanwhile put cherries and sugar in a saucepan together with the juice or water over low heat until the sugar melts well pasam with a fork.
  2. Purée il heed them well but without boiling it.
  3. Stoarcem fine sheets gelatin, add them to fruit purée and mix until gelatin is melted and well incorporated.
  4. Leave the mixture to cool.
  5. Beat the whipped cream really well, then carefully incorporate the mixture with cherries.
  1. Albușurile beat them with a pinch of salt.
  2. Add sugar and mix well until melts.
  3. Beat the egg whites and yolks over mix easily with a spoon. Add all the oil, baking powder, melted chocolate and flour.
  4. Mix lightly until we obtain homogeneous ocompozitie.
  5. Pour the dough in a taa greased with oil and dusted with flour or with baking paper and bake for about 40 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  6. Leave to cool, then cut in half.
The syrup
  1. Put on fire in a pot smaller 120 ml water 2 sachets of vanilla sugar.
  2. Leave to cool then add 1 tsp of rum.
  3. With this syrup we insiropa tops.
Assemble the cake
  1. Over the first insiropat repartizam uniform of cherry mousse, then part of the chocolate cream.
  2. Cover with second crust and nivelam remaining chocolate filling.
  3. Il keep cold cake 4-5 hours.
  4. To decorate your own after taste.
