  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • a baking powder
  • grated rind of a lemon
  • vanilla essence
  • Cream lemon:
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 125 g mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml liquid cream
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • lemon juice
  • 150 g bitter chocolate
  • 150 g cream for cream
Cum preparam:
  1. Mixăm albușurile and when we get a hard foam, add sugar gradually and in the end we will have a hefty and glossy meringue.
