A ciorbică on everyone’s taste can be easily done without many calories and very tasty.
- 2 kg carp
- 2 kg potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 parsnip
- ½ l soup
- ½ l broth
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 liters of water
How do we prepare the soup CARP with potato:
Peel and wash vegetables and CARP.
Cut potatoes into cubes, carrots and ţelinele are small laugh on răzătoarea. Fish cut suitable pieces.
All vegetables are put into the pot with 3-4 liters of water, and allow it to boil. When they are almost cooked, add salt, put more water if needed and add the fish.
Borscht is boiled separately and add to the soup. Garnish with lovage. Separately, beat eggs with whisk and gradually into gravy. Place the lid on the pot, as they leave the leuşteanul flavor.
