  • 1 crap about 2 kg
  • 2 Red
  • 1 green pepper
  • ½ courgette
  • ½ Eggplant
  • 5 champignions mushroom
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 leaves of Laurel
  • salt, black pepper powder.
Cum preparam:
  1. Clean it scales it carp cut from both sides along the spine, from the head to the tail.
  2. Inlăturăm the bowels and spalăm very well.
  3. Presarăm the fish with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, add the bay leaf and ask for an hour in a cool place, to marinate.
  4. Cut peppers, julienned chicken fat, mushrooms, Zucchini and eggplant cubes.
  5. On a tray, covered with oil, place the vegetables.
  6. Crestam fish on the side and put a notch in each lemon feliuta.
  7. Fill the inside of the fish with vegetables, brush with oil and sit on the bed of lugume.
  8. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
