CARP with vegetables

- 1 green pepper
- ½ courgette
- ½ Eggplant
- 5 champignions mushroom
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 leaves of Laurel
- salt, black pepper powder.
- Clean it scales it carp cut from both sides along the spine, from the head to the tail.
- Inlăturăm the bowels and spalăm very well.
- Presarăm the fish with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, add the bay leaf and ask for an hour in a cool place, to marinate.
- Cut peppers, julienned chicken fat, mushrooms, Zucchini and eggplant cubes.
- On a tray, covered with oil, place the vegetables.
- Crestam fish on the side and put a notch in each lemon feliuta.
- Fill the inside of the fish with vegetables, brush with oil and sit on the bed of lugume.
- Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
