Cheese dumplings with mushrooms

An ideal recipe for lunch. Season with dill and chopped fresh smantan and flavourings will be irresistible.


Cheese dumplings with mushrooms

Portii: 4
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 25 g flour
  • 1 onion
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • oil
  • fresh dill
  • Salt
  • pepper
Cum preparam:
  1. Boil the potatoes, Peel decojim immediately and give great through răzătoarea.
  2. Add the egg, flour, chopped dill, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
  3. Take a spoon from compozie and papanași form the flat they FRY in the hot oil well on mabele parts.
