A treat so appreciated by the children and the adults. Today we are going to prepare crispy chicken wings with a sweet potato puree side dish.
Duration: approx. 60 minutes
- 8 chicken wings
- 50 ml oil
- 5 tablespoons red wine
- 75 g honey
- 3 tablespoons tomato juice
- Pepper, salt, paprika
- For the puree *
- 5 large potatoes
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g butter, salt
How do we prepare the chicken wings with honey crust:
In a bowl, mix the honey wine, tomato juice, 50 g of oil, pepper, paprika and salt to taste. Spelăm fins and chicken $ 30 up to soak into the mix. We put the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
