A very tasty appetizer made after a simple recipe with few ingredients.
Choux with cream cheese

Ingrediente:
- 400 g flour
- 10 g dry yeast
- 200 g butter
- creamy cheese 150 g
- 1-2 tablespoons cream
- 2 galbenușuri
- Salt
- 1 galbenuș
- 1 tbsp milk
Cream:
- 300 g Feta cheese
- 1-2 tablespoons cream
- 2-3 tablespoons red beet juice
Cum preparam:
Choux:
- Put the flour, salt and dry yeast in a bowl, add the butter which mix them together, until dough becomes brittle.
- Add the egg yolks and cheese then and mix up until all ingredients are well incorporated .
- As the dough requires, we add one or two tablespoons of sour cream.
- When we obtained a dough brittle, we leave to rest, covered, for around 30 minutes.
- Put the dough on a work table and trained a sheet of 2.5-3 mm.
- Cut discs with a cup or a shape.
- Put discs on a tray that is lined with baking paper then grease with brush, each disc with egg yolk mixed with a tablespoon of milk
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until browned in a hot oven at 200 ° c.
- When are ready, leave to cool, then cut them in half.
Filling:
- Mix Feta cheese with cream and Red beet juice so as to remain a cream consistency
- For beet juice I bought a jar of pickled red beets.
- Cream obtained, we put inside the Choux, after the preference can be așeaza on top of the salmon or prosciutto.
- Choux filled with cream cheese are tasty and looks nice appetizer plate.
