Is a vegetarian with a wonderful combination of vegetables. We can successfully serve both at a family lunch and a dinner with friends.
- 250 g peas
- 100 g dried tomatoes
- 4 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 lemon
- spicy soy sauce
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
- parsley chopped
- Put peas to a boil in water with salt. After it has cooked a dig in a colander.
- Carrots and potatoes curățăm them and we cut them into cubes. Put to boil them in a quart of water. After they entered, out of the soup in blender pisăm.
- Put puree in a crăticioară and add peas, cooked juice from a lemon, a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Boil a few times.
- Serve it hot and ornăm with chopped parsley, dried tomatoes mixed with spicy soy sauce.
