A tasty and easy appetizer made with fewer ingredients and cheap access to anyone. We can serve both as a starter and main course. It is an excellent preparation for the post.
- 1 small cabbage
- 2 potatoes,
- 4 tablespoons of flour,
- salt, pepper, oil,
- a touch of dill
How do we prepare:
Tocam chopped cabbage, a whisk with salt and leave a few minutes in boiled water to soften.
Peel potatoes and giving grater then mix with scalded cabbage ii.
Stoarcem good composition to remove the juice.
Add flour, pepper, dill, garlic and mix well.
Form meatballs into coconut flakes, flour them and fry them in hot oil.
