For those who don’t want lamb on the table in the Holy day of Easter I recommend to prepare a delicious Drob made from minced meat.
It’s a simple recipe easy to make and the ingredients at hand.
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 raw egg
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 slices of bread, soaked in water and squeezed tightly
- parsley, one tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon bread crumbs, salt, pepper.
How do we prepare the delicious ground meat Drob:
Minced meat, prepared as for the meatballs:
Mix chopped onion, chopped egg, parsley, spices and the two slices of bread, to obtain a homogeneous composition.
If we had a lot of fat in the meat we will add 1-2 composition of bread crumbs to bind.
On a foil food dusted with bread crumbs distribute the meat mixture in an even layer, place the eggs and meat of the film run around the eggs.
A tray dusted with butter sit out and then roll the foil food. More bread crumbs and sprinkle a little above the dam in the oven about 45-50 minutes at the temperature to 180 ° C (356°F)
Before to cut, leave 10 minutes to cool.
