- 100 grams chicken breast, cut into strips
- 30 grams corn crisps
- 45 grams black beans to preserve
- 1 small red, cut into cubes
- 1 sprig of green onions, chopped
- 5 tbsp cream cheese with reduced fat content
- Dusted a baking pan with parchment paper, place corn chips in a single layer and sprinkle on top of the rest of the ingredients (cream cheese at the end).
- Bake in preparation for 5-7 minutes at high temperature.
