Potato is undervalued in terms of nutritional benefits. Potato became unduly, a bad reputation, leaving for many people the impression that it should be removed completely from the diet.
What many people don’t know is that this vegetable contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals, which drives away illnesses and provide benefits to health.
Potatoes also contain a compound known as alpha-lipoic acid, which help the body to process glucose into energy. A simple and tasty recipe
- 1 ½ kg potatoes
- 400 g curd
- 4 tablespoons oil
