- 1½ cup wheat flour,
- ½ Cup water
- 1 egg,
- 4 tablespoons sour cream,
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of parsley and Dill greenery chopped.
For the filling:
- 3 cups nesărată cheese grater, given by

Preparing the stuffing:
