  • 1½ cup wheat flour,
  • ½ Cup water
  • 1 egg,
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream,
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt,
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley and Dill greenery chopped.
For the filling:
  • 3 cups nesărată cheese grater, given by
  • 1 egg,
  • salt,
  • 1 tablespoon dill, and chopped parsley.
Cum preparam:
Preparing the stuffing:
  1. Mix the cheese grater with egg given by raw, cut greenery and salt.
  1. We board a small heap the flour, make a recess in the Middle, pour water and egg, put salt, frământăm a hard dough and lasăm it to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Lay a sheet of 1.5 mm thick. Cut squares and each square put stuffing, and stick them to the margins.
  3. In a pot I put water with a little salt to a boil, place colţunaşii and boil until ready.
  4. Colţunaşii serve them sprinkled with crushed garlic, brush with cream and green garnisim.
