- 4 large eggplants
- 4 onions
- 4 peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup rice
- 1 bunch dill
- salt, pepper
- Cut eggplants in half lengthwise, remove some of the core and oparim them in boiling water with salt churn for 20 minutes, then remove them and we in a safe tray.
- Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as follows: călim in a cratită onion, add the peppers, then the core of the Eggplant and garlic, grated carrot.
- Let drop and add rice and a little water.
- Înăbușim well and with rice, then add the tomatoes peeled and cut into small cubes.
- Leave it to drop well and add salt, pepper and verdeața taste.
- With this composition, fill the eggplants and whether there remains any composition can fill and 2 sweet peppers cut into halves.
- Pour tomato sauce on top and give the tray in the oven.
- Optional if you do not want a starter post: When food is almost done we can add above cheese or cheese breed and leave in oven 5 minutes or we can serve with sour cream on top.
