Stuffed eggplant-preparation of post

A tasty easy to do

In general, we offer numerous benefits pertaining to both of the body and health of our spiritual side. Applied wrongly, may submit as many risks, however.
We must have a balanced and varied diet, so as to provide whole body vitamite intake needs.

Stuffed eggplant
  • 4 large eggplants
  • 4 onions
  • 4 peppers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 bunch dill
  • salt, pepper
Cum preparam:
  1. Cut eggplants in half lengthwise, remove some of the core and oparim them in boiling water with salt churn for 20 minutes, then remove them and we in a safe tray.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as follows: călim in a cratită onion, add the peppers, then the core of the Eggplant and garlic, grated carrot.
  3. Let drop and add rice and a little water.
  4. Înăbușim well and with rice, then add the tomatoes peeled and cut into small cubes.
  5. Leave it to drop well and add salt, pepper and verdeața taste.
  6. With this composition, fill the eggplants and whether there remains any composition can fill and 2 sweet peppers cut into halves.
  7. Pour tomato sauce on top and give the tray in the oven.
  8. Optional if you do not want a starter post: When food is almost done we can add above cheese or cheese breed and leave in oven 5 minutes or we can serve with sour cream on top.
