Let’s forget mayonnaise prepared only from the yolks, drop the oil carefully as sindbad mayonnaise not cut … Let’s prepare a mayonnaise, more “light” and much healthier.
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 1 fresh egg
- ½ teaspoon cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- All the ingredients have to be at room temperature.
- Put in a castronel a whole egg and using a blender mixing the egg then pour the oil gradually, not straw with straw, in 2 or 3 parts all quantity, trying all the time to incorporate the remaining oil on top. Do not stop at all the Blender until the mayonnaise is ready. We have obtained a simple, light mayonnaise.
