Ingrediente:
  • 1 kg fish,
  • 5-6 onions,
  • 4-5 mushrooms,
  • 4-5 tbsp oil
  • 3-4 tomatoes,
  • ¾ Cup dry white wine,
  • 1 tablespoon bread crumbs,
  • 2 Tablespoons green cut
  • salt,
  • black pepper, ground
  • Pepper Berry,
  • Bay leaf
Cum preparam:
  1. Clean the fish, cut it in pieces, salt, pepper and presarăm Greens, sprinkle with wine and oil, then we marinate for 1-2 hours in a cool place.
  2. An onion cut noodles fried and put it in.
  3. The mushrooms and cut them FRY for them bucăţe.
  4. Clean the tomatoes seeds, sliced lengthwise and hang them.
  5. In the tray put in layers, some onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, then put the pieces of fish, which is covered with onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, we sprinkle with bread crumbs, add pepper, bay leaf, pour the wine and let the oven with lid.
  6. This dish can be served both hot and cold, is a very tasty preparation.
