Flavored pancakes with Giorgos
- 100 grams urda
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons of sugar (sweetener)
- 2 teaspoons oil
- Leave the eggs at room temperature a few minutes.
- We put all ingredients in blender and process until we obtain a homogeneous composition.
- Serve with maple syrup preparation or granulated sugar.
