  • 13 large mushrooms
  • a few strands of parsley
  • a few strands of dill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • oil
Cum preparam:
  1. Spalăm mushrooms and usucăm them with paper napkins.
  2. Remove the stem. Put the mushrooms in ten tray face down and give hot oven at 220 ° C for ten minutes. Drain the juice left from tray and mushroom întorcem mushrooms with face upward.
  3. Tocăm peddling stem plus the remaining three mushrooms and mix them with chopped Greens, crushed garlic and spices.
  4. Fill the tray with pălărioarele mushroom mixture above. Sprinkle mushrooms with a little oil and then give them in the oven at 220 c for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve them hot with garlic sauce and toasted bread.
