Goulash (preparation of post)

Mushroom goulash is a Transylvanian, which replaces ocanita with meat with ease.

It’s so tasty that you don’t miss the meat in the days of fasting.

  • 600 g mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 thread the Rosemary
  • 1 thyme thread
  • parsley
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt, black pepper
  • Goulash sauce:
  • 1 red pepper
  • ½ small onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp heaped sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste tip
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt
Cum preparam:
  1. For a better taste I used several types of mushrooms (porcini and champignon, Honey fungus).
  2. Curatăm pieliță and legs of mushrooms and cut them to pieces.
  3. Prepare the sauce:
  4. In a pot add onions încingem oil and minced, garlic slices and green pepper cut into small cubes cleansers.
  5. Distuim them together 5 minutes, until the onions soften a bit. Add the tomato paste and balsamic vinegar and more distuim together 1 minute.
  6. We got a pot off the heat, add the paprika and sugar and mix well. Goes with the liquid from the mushrooms and season with a little salt.
  7. Put over 300 ml water approx. and boil at low heat for 25 minutes. Mixăm sauce in blender and then we pass it through a fine sieve.
  8. In a saucepan over oil încingem more măricică which add the mushrooms. Sotăm them over high heat until they begin to Brown. Add the garlic slices, cut the wires of the Greens, a little salt and black pepper and distuim still a minute.
  9. Add the marinade and boil with lid goulash for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove Greens from the pot and add the chopped parsley.
  11. The goulash of mushroom blend wonderfully with polenta or mashed potatoes.
