How do you measure in the kitchen

2
When you want to try different savoury recipes published in the newspaper or on the internet, you have a problem: how to measure 10 g salt or 125 g of flour, if you don't have a kitchen scale?

Here's how solve the problem using traditional units of measure-mug, Cup, spoon, spoon.

How do you measure

For liquid ingredients, 1 cup 250 ml means, meaning a cup or a mug.
Meet many times and the term "cup" that you place the Word Cup or glass.

You have a few units of measurement often used when a recipe is described in English. We are tempted by the recipe but we choose to abandon, because we don't know how to measure all of oz, tbs etc.

tablespoon (tbsp) = tablespoon
teaspoon (tsp) = teaspoon
Cup = Cup
fluid ounce = fl AW (Imperial unit of measure)

1 cup = 8 fl oz = 16 tbsp = 48 teaspoons = 240 ml
3/4 cup = 6 fl oz = 12 tablespoons = 36 teaspoons = 180 ml
2/3 Cup = 5 fl oz = 11 tablespoons = 32 teaspoons = 160 ml
1/2 cup = 4 fl oz = 8 tablespoons = 24 teaspoons = 120 ml
1/3 cup = 3 fl oz = 5 teaspoons = TSP = 16, 80 ml
1/4 cup = 2 tablespoons = 4 fl oz = 12 teaspoons = 60 ml
1 tablespoon = 0.5 fl oz = 15 ml
1 teaspoon = 0.16 fl oz = 5 ml
1 fl oz = 2 tablespoons = 6 teaspoons

A very interesting site, extremely useful for those passionate about cooking with little experience, it is here, where you can enter the type of food you want to tranformaţi it, i.e. sugar or flour, after you enter the amount written in the recipe and the converter tells you exactly what does this amount converted into grams.

I hope that this information will be useful.

Spor la treaba!
