Leaf with Apple filling and vanilla cream

For 4 sheets
  • 18 tablespoons mineral water
  • 18 tablespoons oil
  • 15 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 sachet baking powder

  • 700 g flour
Apple stuffing
  • 1.5 kg apples
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 5-6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated cinnamon
Vanilla cream
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Cum preparam:
  1. In a bowl mix the mineral water, oil, sugar, grated Orange rind, until sugar melts least.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder, then put gradually over liquid, until we get a homogeneous dough ball, like boardgames, one can shape easily.
