Marianne Cake

A cake easy to prepare

It is a very easy cake to do, but with a delicate taste that you never get tired of.

The shape was irregular and topped with whipped cream and fresh fruits of all sorts to give the impression of a sophisticated cake, we will astonish the visitors.

Ingredients (6-8 servings):

Countertop:
5 eggs
200 g sugar
200 g cream
20 g cocoa
1 baking powder
200-250 g of flour
Cream:
500 g cream for whipped cream (crème patisserie to the ~ 30%),
1 cup sugar

How we prepare a delicious cake Marianne:

We are mixing the  eggs with the sugar, add the cream and mix gently.
After we incorporate good the  cream add baking powder, flour and mix gently.
then dissects the dough into two parts.
In one part, add cocoa, mix it slightly.

Dough with cocoa in a shape (I used a diameter of 24 cm) tin that is lined with baking paper or dressed in butter and flour.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 15-20 minutes.

The same procedure with white countertop, put it in a tray lined with baking paper or covered in butter and flour (I used a diameter of 24 cm). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C C (356 degrees F) for 15 to 20 minutes.

Worktop white cake will be the base of the cake.
Countertop cut it’s all cocoa in small cubes.

Mixing the sour cream together with sugar.

Over white dough ready to be put a cake base (not too thick) of cream and then flatten.
Melt the small cubs  from Brown in  the countertop cream, after that we will place in  the form of a dome over the base of the cake.

After each layer of cubes above place  a layer of cream to penetrate among the cubes of dough.
Then place  the  remaining cream over the entire cake.

Once you’ve assembled the cake, put in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours.

When we serve the cake is good to have fresh cream to flourish. Over whipped cream put to various fresh fruit.

Good appetite!
