A delicate and hearty salad.
- 200 g of surimi
- 200 g squid
- 150 g cucumber
- 4 eggs
- mayonnaise (or sour cream)
- lettuce (optional)
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then they răcim in cold water and curățăm shell.
- In a cratiță put water to boil with a little salt.
- Curățăm squids and put in boiling water and boil for exactly 3 minutes.
- Cut the cooked surimi and calamari, julienne eggs also cut them into small cubes.
- Curățăm of cucumber and give shell through the grater.
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl of lettuce put a little salt, mayonnaise (or sour cream) and remove it.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
