  • 100 g biscuit of your choice
  • 70 g butter
  • 300 g of fresh cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • 110 g caster sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 yolk
  • 400 g raspberries îngețată
Cum preparam:
  1. Put the biscuits into a bag and crush them finely with a pastry roller. Melt the butter and mix it with homemade fărâmiţaţi, aşeazăm after that, the basic mixture into small shapes. We baked for 8 minutes in the oven, then preâncălzit lasăm 5 minutes to cool.
  2. Mix fresh cheese, cream, 100 g of powdered sugar, vanilla, egg and yolk. Theirs over biscuits and we baked 30 minutes in hot oven. After you pull up, you lasăm to cool, then put them in the fridge for a few hours.
  3. Before serving, the pastries stemming from forms. Pick raspberries, spalăm only if it is necessary chesscake and decorate. The final presarăm a thin layer of remaining powdered sugar.
