Mushroom stew is part of the menu for the post.
Cook a simple stew, fragrant and easy to do.
- 1 kg of fresh mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 Red brewed
- Salt, pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 100 ml dry red wine
- half a teaspoon of dried thyme
How do we prepare:
Wash the mushrooms and peel the skin.
They break the stalks and cut them into small pieces, and cut them into thin palarioarele.
Onions and peppers into cubes small tocam them.
Peel Garlic and crush the il.
In a skillet in hot oil browned onions, peppers and garlic, then put them in wine. Add the mushrooms, tomatoes and peeled brewed, salt and pepper.
Pour water to cover the mushrooms and cover the dish.
They leave at around 25 minutes over low heat.
At the end add chopped green parsley.
Mushroom stew is served with polenta or with mashed potatoes.
