Norisori eggs

  • 1 egg for each norișor in hand
  • salt and pepper to taste
Ideas for filling:
  • Meats: ham, salami, bacon, pancetta
  • Cheeses: cheddar, parmesan, cheese, sheep's milk cheese
  • Herbs: parsley, thyme, dill
  • Vegetables: onions (green, best), spinach, bell peppers
  • Spices: oregano, garlic powder, paprika/spicy
Cum preparam:
  1. Preîncălzim oven to 200 c. Brush a griddle with a little oil and put on it a parchment paper.
  2. Separate albușurile of egg yolks, being careful not to break the yolks.
  3. Beat well with a albușurile mixer-medium high-step, until we get a hard foam and homogeneous.
  4. Add the ingredients from the above proposals, with the help of a spatula plastic/silicone-and with as few movements as to not cut/norișorii deflate.
  5. Using a spoon, place tray earlier prepared norișorii, at a distance from each other and of equal size. The lingurei form a hole slightly, in that $ 30 up yolk with care.
  6. If we want to be creamy yolk but well done lasăm tray in the oven 14 to 16 minutes.
  7. For soft yolks, lasăm only 10 minutes.
  8. Our culinary preparation is ready in less than half an hour we got a tasty meals, a simple recipe easy to do.
