  • broad flat noodles 300 g (without the egg during the period of fasting)
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 80 g sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons oil (or butter)
Cum preparam:
  1. Put noodles to boil in water with a little salt. We cook according to instructions on the package.
  2. In a pan încingem a tablespoon of oil over the bread crumbs and Add liquid over medium heat stirring all the time. After the breadcrumbs begin to surface gently, give the fire small and continue to fry until it's Ruddy, continuing to mix it up.
  3. When the breadcrumbs e Ruddy (after about 5 minutes), add sugar and cinnamon and mix it up.
