A tasty and easy appetizer, a formulation that you recommend.

  • 1 smoked mackerel
  • 250 g cottage cheese,
  • 3 tablespoons butter,
  • 1 cup milk,
  • 3 tablespoons crushed Walnut kernels,
  • 8-10,
  • lemon,
  • Black milled pepper.
Cum preparam:
  1. Cut the mackerel fillets in the milk, melt their (the finest) for 1-2 hours, then mixing in the blender or you give through the chipper, together with cheese and walnuts. Mackerel can be replaced and with another type of fish.
  2. Add the soft butter, pepper and mixing well. We serve homemade Pate on a cruton.
