A tasty and easy appetizer, a formulation that you recommend.
Mackerel Pate, cheese and nuts
- 1 smoked mackerel
- 250 g cottage cheese,
- 3 tablespoons butter,
- 1 cup milk,
- 3 tablespoons crushed Walnut kernels,
- Black milled pepper.
- Cut the mackerel fillets in the milk, melt their (the finest) for 1-2 hours, then mixing in the blender or you give through the chipper, together with cheese and walnuts. Mackerel can be replaced and with another type of fish.
- Add the soft butter, pepper and mixing well. We serve homemade Pate on a cruton.
