- 6-8 eggs,
- 150 g bacon or country ham
- ½ cup sour cream,
- ½ tablespoon wheat flour,
- 2 tablespoons milk
- black pepper, ground
- 2 tablespoons butter.
- Milk, flour, eggs, cream, salt and pepper and mix them until we obtain a homogeneous mass.
- In a pan put the bacon or ham cut large slices, fry a little, then pour the mixture and bake in the oven until it's ready.
- One out of the oven and a we sprinkle with melted butter
- Serve with polenta or fresh bread.
