  • 1 kg perch, preferred file.
For the sauce:
  • ½ Cup tomato paste
  • ½ Cup tomato sauce,
  • 2 onions,
  • 4 tablespoons ginger graters, given by
  • 4 tablespoons oil,
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice,
  • salt,
  • black pepper, ground
  • 1 tablespoon green cut.
Cum preparam:
  1. Sauce preparation: cut Onion Rings made a călim until it becomes golden brown, add horseradish, crushed garlic and FRY for 5-7 minutes, then add the tomato paste, tomato puree, sugar and asezonăm with salt, pepper and let the lid for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Grilled Pike-perch il and cut Peel into pieces, presarăm it with salt and pepper and rumenin it into the oil. Mix it with the sauce.
  3. Serve sprinkled with lemon juice.
