Apple Pie is so well known that over the ages have invented dozens of recipes.
Apple flavor combined with the cinnamon or clove, vanilla, raisins times makes never mistaken choosing a recipe for Apple Pie.
Today I’m going to cook a recipe for Apple Cake and raisin only good for post
- 400 g flour
- 100 g raisins
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 2 kg apples
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 tablespoons semolina or breadcrumbs
- Farina sugar for pudrat
- Mix soft margarine, water, vinegar, a pinch of salt, 350 g flour and frământăm them well until the dough no longer pastes by hand.
- Cover the dough with foil and il lasăm overnight in the fridge.
- Curățăm apples, we give them large and on răzătoarea mix with 1 cup of sugar and with 100 g of raisins.
- Presarăm and a little cinnamon.
- Remove dough from refrigerator and împartim in two. Lay the first sheet of the size of the tray to make pie.
- Tapăm the pan with oil and flour, semolina or breadcrumbs presarăm least and lay the first sheet of dough in the tray.
- Stoarcem apples and lay them over the dough sheet.
- Above them again presarăm meal or bread crumbs.
- Lay the other sheet and put it over the apples.
- Ințeapăm pie with a fork from place to place.
- Give the tray in hot oven on low heat for about 40 minutes or until dough is golden.
- When it's done, remove pie from oven and a warm pudrăm with sugar Farina.
