- 1,2-1,4 kg Zander,
- 2 carrots,
- 2 onions,
- 1 sweet pepper,
- 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ cup of grated cheese,
- ½ lemon for marinating,
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill,
- Black milled pepper.
- ½ lemon when serving
- Clean the fish, remove the gills, entrails, wash, make a few incisions on the inside and brush with salt, pepper, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Let marinate for 45 minutes.
- Clean the vegetables, give the carrot, the onion through the grater a julienne cut, pepper rings made.
- Vegetables prepared them FRY in vegetable oil, a little at a time until the vegetables soften, add the cheese, sour cream, chopped greenery, salt and mix it up.
- Fill with composition obtained fish.
- On a buttered Pan put the fish with down filling, brush with vegetable oil and bake at a temperature of 160-170 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Before serving topped with Greens and lemon.
