Rice, a staple food for nearly half the world’s population, supplies energy to the body, stimulates the activity of the brain and increase life expectancy. It is an excellent source of energy, contains no cholesterol, keep blood pressure stable, can prevent the occurrence of cancer, helps skin care.
- 200 g rice
- 400 g mushrooms
- 600 ml vegetable broth
- 50 ml tomato juice
- a small onion
- oil, salt
- Spalăm mushrooms, cut them in quarters and onion and finely tocam le prăjm in 5 tablespoons of oil until fall.
- Add the rice, mix well and pour over vegetable soup.
- Put salt and pepper to taste and cook over moderate heat until rice swells. Add the tomato juice, and boil a few times, then stop the fire.
