Coteltul pork, juicy meat with a firisoare thin, fat, young, well prepared is one of the most poftite steaks. Most of the times, when we know were cast directly on the grill or in the oven with just a little salt and pepper. If cotletelor are required more salt and more pepper to make a perfect crust that will dress the meat, leaving a tender inside.
- 2 piece of loin
- 100 ml red wine
- 3 tomatoes
- fresh parsley
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
- Mix wine with salt, pepper and olive oil. In the ages obtained put loin pieces, washed well before.
- Leave to cool, until the preparation,
- Frigem loin pieces on the grill until hot, well browned, 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- We serve alongside a salad of fresh red or raw garlic sauce
