  • 12 pork ribs
  • For marinating:
  • 1 lemon, thyme, salt, pepper
American sauce
  • 150 ml tomato paste
  • 1 garlic Green
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2-3 slices pineapple Compote
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 limes
  • 2 tablespoons mustard quick
  • Salt
Cum preparam:
  1. Ribs of pork drizzle with juice squeezed from lime, 1 asezonăm with thyme, salt, pepper and lasăm them to marinate in a plastic bag in the fridge for 12 hours.

We prepare the sauce
  1. Spalăm and curățăm garlic and green onions, keeping the least green stalks, and from them, and add toacăm chopped in a blender along with pineapple compote, juice of limes, tomato paste, mustard, olive oil, honey and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Presarăm salt to taste. We can also add additional spices and, depending on the options: curry, cinnamon, pepper, or Mint.
  3. We serve the ribs with a side dish of fried potatoes.
