Pork is one of the most beloved foods consumed, and is preferred over the festive period by the Romanians, although many concern him with suspicion because of the so-called dangers that they say that they behave.
A Christmas worship him with all that we have to say that it is fat, increase bad cholesterol, leading to indigestion, obesity, circulatory problems, cellulitis, etc. Experts point out that often overdoing it with regard to the so-called dangers to which expose ourselves to eat it because, they say, is healthier than red meat!
Pork is the other white meat, a great alternative to chicken, for example. And even, depending on the situation, muşchiuleţul pork may have less fat than chicken breast. Of course, the pork is much tastier with more fat, but if you select carefully you can enjoy its flavor without any risk.
- 12 pork ribs
- For marinating:
- 1 lemon, thyme, salt, pepper
- 150 ml tomato paste
- 1 garlic Green
- 1 green onion
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2-3 slices pineapple Compote
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 limes
- 2 tablespoons mustard quick
- Ribs of pork drizzle with juice squeezed from lime, 1 asezonăm with thyme, salt, pepper and lasăm them to marinate in a plastic bag in the fridge for 12 hours.

- Presarăm salt to taste. We can also add additional spices and, depending on the options: curry, cinnamon, pepper, or Mint.
- We serve the ribs with a side dish of fried potatoes.
