Crunchy, creamy and airy-the profiterols-ul meets all these features.
Profiterols means “small gift” and cofetariei in the Centre of the Italian tradition, mainly high, Greek and Turkish.
Can be filled with any type of cream or chocolate and can take various forms (from round, at lunguieț).

Ingrediente:
Dough
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 ml water
  • 150 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 650 ml milk
  • 650 ml milk
Chocolate sauce
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 50 gr margarine
  • essence of rum
  • 400 Gr. frozen
  • 400 ml whipping cream

  1. In a cratită put water, butter and salt to a boil, remove it. Add the flour and mix with a wooden spoon until the dough emerges from its cratiță and bottom form a slight crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, put dough been boiled and let the least to răcoreasca and then add eggs, one at a time, stirring until smooth. The mixture should be glossy and fine.
  3. The secret lies in the dough to be heated to the ideal temperature cratița before being added to the eggs. Thus, the protein coagulates, and flour starch paste. Once ripe, the dough will form a dense crust that takes the cake and allow steam to rise without the addition of other additives.

Prepare cream so
