It is a recipe that I adore, a chicken tender together with fine texture and sweet taste of carrots give a result more than delicious.
For the first time I ate roast chicken with carrot with many years ago in our beautiful.
- 1 kg chicken (legs, wings and chest)
- 1 kg carrots
- 2 large onions
- salt, pepper
- 4-5 tbsp oil
- 1 sprig of Rosemary
- Wash the chicken.
- Clean and wash the onion and carrots.
- An onion finely and tocam giving carrots through the grated.
- In a pan put in more shallow in the heating oil and a chicken browned lightly on both sides.
- When the meat is browned, pour over a glass of water, cover the Pan and let it simmer over low heat.
- In another pan put the carrot and onion quality together with 2 tablespoons oil.
- Calim until carrot is tender.
- When meat is almost cooked carrot and put over the sprig of Rosemary.
- More leave on iron 5-7 minutes, much as the meat to absorb the sweetness of carrot juice and scada.
- When the roast chicken with carrot is ready serve it alongside a polenta.
