It’s a relatively easy recipe with delicious results. At a festive table we deal with ipresiona visitors.
- 2 pork muschiuleti
- salt, black pepper, ground
- 6-8 plum or apricot dried
- 4-5 tbsp oil
- Clean plums from seeds (if applicable)
- Sirloin il sectionam lengthwise and beat with the hammer of schnitzel. Leave it to a thickness of at least 1 cm
- Presarăm with salt and pepper and place the plums lengthwise at one edge.
- Roll meat and a sit in a tray that I put a couple of tablespoons of oil.
- Repeat the procedure with the second tenderloin.
- We introduce the tray in the oven and Bake until they are ready, at a temperature of 160-180 ° c.
- Sprinkle the meat with the juice that I let the steak.
- When cool, cut the meat slices and serve with a garnish of potatoes or rice, with a seasonal salad.
