  • 2 pork muschiuleti
  • salt, black pepper, ground
  • 6-8 plum or apricot dried
  • 4-5 tbsp oil
Cum preparam:
  1. Clean plums from seeds (if applicable)
  2. Sirloin il sectionam lengthwise and beat with the hammer of schnitzel. Leave it to a thickness of at least 1 cm
  3. Presarăm with salt and pepper and place the plums lengthwise at one edge.
  4. Roll meat and a sit in a tray that I put a couple of tablespoons of oil.
  5. Repeat the procedure with the second tenderloin.
  6. We introduce the tray in the oven and Bake until they are ready, at a temperature of 160-180 ° c.
  7. Sprinkle the meat with the juice that I let the steak.
  8. When cool, cut the meat slices and serve with a garnish of potatoes or rice, with a seasonal salad.
